This firsthand experience allows her to truly understand athletic performance and recovery, helping her to create effective and individualized treatment plans. Alongside her sports focus, Nishtha has gained valuable clinical experience working in geriatric care, in-hospital rehabilitation, and outpatient departments.
Known for her calm, joyful, and talkative nature, she builds strong connections with patients and creates a supportive environment that encourages open communication and trust. Nishtha makes a great effort to not only treat physical concerns but also support patients’ emotional concerns as well throughout their recovery.
