Aayushi is a licensed physical therapist with a strong academic and clinical foundation, and a deep passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and stay pain-free for the long term.
I completed my Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from K.M. Patel Institute of Physiotherapy (India) and earned my Master’s in Exercise Science from Long Island University, Brooklyn. I bring a global perspective to patient care, blending evidence-based practice with holistic movement science. I’m also a NASM-Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Nutrition coach.
My clinical foundation was built through a comprehensive 6-month rotatory internship across major hospital departments orthopedics, neuro (adult & pediatric), ICU, women’s health, and cardiopulmonary rehab, giving me the ability to treat a wide range of conditions with confidence and compassion. What sets my approach apart is my focus on small but impactful details like posture, alignment, breathing, and muscle control. I guide my patients to understand their own bodies, correct faulty patterns, and build a foundation that makes movement feel natural again.
Beyond the clinic, I’ve helped train Special Olympics athletes and organized free physiotherapy camps in underserved communities, experiences that deepened my commitment to inclusive and accessible care. I aim to make every patient feel seen, heard, and empowered in their healing journey.
