“According to Dr. Michael Mizhiritsky, a leading spine specialist affiliated with Lenox Hill Hospital, Chandler’s diagnosis may not be serious if he only is experiencing neck stiffness and not a tingling sensation or weakness in his arm. If Chandler is experiencing those extra symptoms, the bulging disk could be a more serious issue down the road. Dr. Mizhiritsky said a bulging disk can always worsen, but treatment including rest and anti-inflammatory medication should do the trick.”
