Dr. Nicole Solomos, DO, CAQSM, FACLM is a board-certified Family Medicine and Sports Medicine physician with extensive experience in non-surgical sports medicine and orthopedic care. Dr. Solomos earned her medical degree from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYITCOM) and completed her Family Medicine residency at Mount Sinai South Nassau Hospital. She further specialized with a fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School at Rutgers.
Throughout her career, Dr. Solomos has been committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. Her experience includes serving as a staff physician for the U.S. Open Tennis Tournament and as team physician for Manhattan College, the College of Mount Saint Vincent, and various semi-professional soccer teams.
A former collegiate soccer and lacrosse player, Dr. Solomos also played soccer, basketball, and ran track in high school. Her passion for sports extends beyond her practice, as she remains actively involved in soccer and prioritizes fitness in her life.
As a Board-Certified Lifestyle Medicine physician, Dr. Solomos integrates whole food nutrition, optimized sleep, stress reduction, healthy social interactions, and the avoidance of risky substances into her treatment plans. She particularly enjoys working with midlife women, helping them navigate the challenges of this stage of life with ease, while addressing the musculoskeletal issues that often arise.
